The best way to lose weight is to diet and exercise. I have gained extra pounds from not having to go to gym and play basketball because of the pandemic so last month I started to go on a diet and I add it up with morning jog and 4PM jog. The first week was the hardest since I have no cardio for a long jogging exercise. I easily get tired and out of air. Now I feel a lot lighter and more healthier.
